Contratulations Ryan Dungey
2010 Supercross Champion and winner in the season finale Las Vegas tonight!

An incredible story :  Rookie from Minnesota (Bell Plain, MN)  takes 1st place overall in the 2010 Pro Supercross season.

"Hes a supercross natural"  and "A good Midwestern kid' with a strong work ethic and close-knit family rockets to the top."

Normal for a 20-year-old would be frat parties and term papers, sleeping late and chilling with friends. Dungey's life includes little or none of that. His days are filled with hundreds of miles of bicycle riding, dozens of laps in a pool and end-of-day weightlifting sessions. All of that surrounding six hours or more of practice on his Suzuki 450."   (full article - Star Tribune)

"After 20 laps of racing, Ryan Dungey has put a cap on his Supercross Championship winning season by winning tonight's finale in Las Vegas. He led from start to finish! Ryan Dungey led all 20 laps en route to his sixth AMA Supercross main event victory Saturday night, capping his championship season.

"It has been an incredible season, and I am very proud of the championship," said Dungey, the Suzuki rider from Belle Plaine, Minn.

FTR says:  I love this kid and his gold rims!!!!!  Can't wait to see my fellow MINNESOTAN tear it up for many seasons to come!
