HTML Editor - Less Buttons

Today we removed lots of the buttons on the editor that weren't used or just not necessary.

It will be lot's easier to use, and less clutter.  Hope you like.

(HTML Editor -  Is the built in WYSIWYG editor that we all use each time we post in forums, or comments etc...)
