Does anyone else think they have hearing loss from riding?

I know I had some long time ago when I used to ride without a helmet.  The wind from one ride gave me a bad ear ache.  I'm pretty sure my right ear is 80 deaf.

Sometimes I ride with ear plugs to cut down on the road noise.  What does everyone else do?

I know lots of people ride with music, but that seems like a bad hearing loss waiting to happen.

Thats no good minge.  Have you had ear infections before?  I'd get some ear plugs if i were you.

yeah it sucks.  i don't like listening to music when i ride either; afraid of going deaf.

sometimes i do though, so i got some high end noise cancelling earphones, and then wrap a bandana around those to keep out more road noise, so i don't have to crank the ipod to loud.  It works ok, but still risk hearing loss.

ear plugs are definitely the best plan to keep from losing hearing you can never get back.

I always have in one ear bud from my ipod and one ear plug. My ear buds for my ipod are made to fit in the ear canal and reduce A LOT of wind noise.

I am always scared I will go deaf from riding especially after hearing that it is possible.
