Yamaha's Crotch Safety Bag

Yamaha Motors realizes that we're all completely terrified of getting hit in the groin. In order to help alleviate this fear, they've released information on the ASV-3, a prototype safety scooter equipped with a multi-chambered air bag that provides comfort and protection where you need it most. Not much is revealed from the article, but apparently this airbag opens from under the seat upon impact and provides a cushioned place for your head to strike. If Yamaha could somehow incorporate this technology into a simple pair of pants, we could reduce the devastating and hilarious football-to-groin injuries by over 80%!

gixxer still has that stupid fucking mode select...as retarded as ABS and traction control....if you need these girly options buy a fuckin car...

RIGHT?  and I think just about every bike has a light to tell us when to shift.... WTF?

And the biggest annoyance with that is thats it's constantly on once you're in 6th gear and over a certain RPM.

Somebody had their head up their ass when they came up with this, when I got rear ended on my CBR 900 RR I had a dent in my gas tank so big where my balls were  and don't know if my balls did it or what, my balls were not hurting but my poor bike was. I will give that Honda credit for the impact it took. It got totaled & I walked or should I say pushed it home afterwards. About the idiot light, kinda reminds me of the cars that says your door is a jar, damn it, it is not a jar it's a damn door, lol. 

 ha ha ha ha!!!  i can see it working if it fired forward and away from your body to cushion where you would eventually be.  i kinda wish i had some extra padding when i got hit head on.  i could not bend over to see for myself, but was told by the little woman that the unmentionables were rather purple, and swollen.
